In this pivotal role, you'll play a key role in propelling our clients' success by:

  • Structuring and Negotiating Winning Deals: Craft and negotiate complex commercial leases, ensuring your clients achieve their strategic goals.
  • Guiding Property Investments: Manage the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties, from conception to closing.
  • Expanding Our Reach: Collaborate on asset acquisition and handle general corporate tasks, contributing to the firm's overall growth.
  • Independent Expertise: Leverage your legal acumen while working collaboratively with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for a sharp legal mind with:

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate law, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Elite Experience: While law firm experience is highly valued, exceptional candidates with other relevant backgrounds will be considered.
  • Geographical Expertise: Admitted to practice law and a member of the bar in CT, NY, FL, MA, or D.C.
  • Transaction Management: 4+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions is preferred.
  • Communication Champion: Highly motivated with strong communication and collaboration skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Independent Spirit: The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines thrives in our environment.
