Enjoy working for a small construction company that installs and finishes flooring on a large scale. They treat and refurbish stadium/sports floors all over Wisconsin. They are looking for a qualified estimator and project manager assistant to add to their skilled team. Based out of the Lake Mills area.
Pay: $18-25/hr based on experience
Hours: M-F 8am-4pm (Set start time may be flexible up to 1/2 hour)
Contract to Hire
Background Check Required

Responsibilities:
  • Gather information online for bidding and purchasing purposes.
  • Estimate tasks including data entry using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with project management, such as scheduling, identifying and purchasing materials & supplies, etc.
  • Communicate and craft correspondence according to company procedures

Qualifications
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and multitask
  • Experience with Microsoft programs and internet navigation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Cooperation skills and collaborative attitude
