Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the site manager of the warehouse in Toledo
  • Maintain the facility and equipment in good condition
  • Manage the routine work with outsourced service vendors, e.g. landscaping/janitorial/boiler, etc.
  • Recruit and lead a small site team, including warehouse clerk, forklift operator, etc.
  • Set up EDI with US customers and execute the transition from current 3PL to Toledo warehouse
  • Implement all daily transactions
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and executing improvement plans
  • Communicate with local and International Carriers
  • Support any Quality audits and Sorts
  • Inventory Reporting
Profile / Experience & Technical Competencies:
  • Associate’s Degree
  • 5 years’ experience in Warehouse Operations
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience in working in a global, complex organizations is a plus
Conditions:
  • Business process knowledge of Supply Chain at large
  • Appreciation of applied business information systems (ERP)
  • Able to asses and manage changes in a complex local environment: setting priorities, assessing risks, proposing alternative solutions
