About the job

The Marketing Director will lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across our retail stores, catering division, and digital channels. The Marketing Director will oversee all marketing and branding initiatives, traffic building, performance marketing, and social media strategies. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical thinking to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, manage digital and traditional marketing channels, and ensure consistent brand messaging. The Marketing Director will work closely with the executive team to align marketing efforts with business goals and set up measures to assess and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and CRM strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Lead marketing content creation that aligns with the brand's voice and identity.
  • Manage public relations efforts and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess and adjust campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop a small marketing team, managing the marketing budget efficiently.
  • Identify and pursue partnerships to expand brand reach and collaborate with teams to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on restaurant, hospitality, or food/beverage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading a marketing team and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging marketing trends
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive marketing decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
