This role is In-Person/Hybrid based in our Englewood, NJ office.

- Resolve complex billing inquiries and discrepancies promptly, collaborating with providers, staff, and insurance companies as needed
- Engage directly with individual offices and insurer to address billing issues and discrepancies, correct and resubmit claims, and promptly escalate any compliance issues to the Compliance Committee
- Facilitate the implementation and communication of orthodontic codes and documentation guidelines for efficient data management
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and Coding Compliance standards
- Efficiently manage electronic records and paperwork, utilizing billing software systems as needed
- Efficiently collect, organize, and manage data from various sources, utilizing electronic records systems and office equipment, swiftly identifying errors and implementing corrective actions
- Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
