Rome Health is seeking to fill a full time Health Information Management (HIM ) Clerk position.


Rome Health is looking for two HIM Clerks to join their team.


These roles will be responsible for:

  • reconciliation
  • prepping
  • scanning
  • indexing
  • abstracting
  • quality checks of discharged records

This is a critical role in the HIM department and attention to detail is extremely important. Previous medical records experience is preferred. This candidate should be very comfortable with technology and utilizing several different systems to accomplish their work. Must be familiar with healthcare privacy and security regulations.


High school diploma required. Associates degree and/or RHIT preferred. Come join a great team of HIM professionals
