Job Title: Information System Security Engineer

At GENESYS Consulting Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Information System Security Engineer to join our team. This role requires a strong background in information security, with expertise in developing, documenting, and driving the adoption of information security standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement information security standards and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement secure network architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and demilitarized zones.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, and recommend improvements to our security posture.
  • Provide security training and awareness programs to our employees, and ensure that they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining our security.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in information security.
  • CISSP or similar certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices, including zero trust technologies, least privileges, and network architectures.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
