Job Overview

Buckhead Roofing is seeking a highly skilled Account Rec/Pay Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts and agreements, making collection calls, managing cash flow, and processing payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Make timely and effective collection calls to ensure prompt payment from clients
  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment to vendors and employees
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Extensive experience in A/C Rec, Collections, and payroll
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
