We represent the countries of Italy, Spain and France and have multiple tasting rooms, restaurants, event spaces, overnight accommodations, and retail venues on our one-hundred-acre property. Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. This candidate must have excellent communication skills and ability to assist in leading a team. Previous hotel and supervisor experience is a must.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that Europa Village's marketing materials and promotional signage are consistently accurate, engaging, and up to date. In addition to supporting the marketing team in creating and maintaining a cohesive brand presence across all areas of the resortincluding accommodations, restaurants, wine and culinary clubs, tasting room, retail, and events. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource management, and seamless coordination with various departments to achieve the resort's marketing objectives. Additionally, this position will assist with social media and event coverage when needed, contributing to the resort's online presence and ensuring successful event promotion and documentation.

Responsibilities Specific to Marketing Coordinator:

  • Support the Marketing Department in the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with various departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing projects through execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Aid in the implementation of marketing strategies on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Assist in the monitoring of the Europa Village website, review sites, and other online platforms, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee the distribution and inventory of print materials, including brochures, flyers, menus, and wine club/Europa Table applications.
  • Ensure all promotional signage throughout the resort is current, visually appealing, and aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and printers to develop and order new marketing materials as needed.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for various marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee all internal marketing requests as well as outside inquires.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • With other members of the marketing team, attend select events, including capturing photos and videos for social media.
  • Provide support for various marketing projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Stay current on the latest hospitality trends and best practices.
