About iteach 

iteach is a competency-based educator preparation program helping to fill the void the nation faces with the unprecedented teacher shortage. iteach enables paraprofessionals, substitute teachers, and others seeking to become teachers to get the affordable, time-saving education they need to become licensed. Our program combines the convenience of online learning with a full year of face-to-face mentorship during a teaching residency. Notably, iteach is the only non-university educator preparation program to achieve accreditation from the Council for Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP).

Passage Preparation provides affordable, high-quality resources aligned to state licensure standards and corresponding assessments for prospective teachers preparing to take their state licensure tests. Location: 

Preference for this role to be hybrid with two days per week spent in the Denton, TX office.


The Opportunity

As our Marketing Automation Manager, you’ll drive our marketing campaigns' ideation, creation and evaluation in HubSpot.  You’ll master complex workflows, lead generation campaigns, landing page optimization and webinar messaging.  If you love testing various messages and subject lines, analyzing performance metrics, creating landing pages, and are driven to positively impact our education program, keep reading.  This role will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and assist a rapidly growing part of the business. The role will also work collaboratively with K12 Coalition’s other marketing teams supporting its various divisions.


Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Accountable for marketing campaign development and creation, including segmentation, testing, and deployment
  • Have demonstrated expertise in creating high-performing marketing automation campaigns
  • Know how to leverage email, calling, texting and re-targeting in said campaigns
  • Maintain all marketing workflow campaigns in HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and how it syncs with HubSpot a big plus 
  • Identify and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, examine campaign performance and provide recommendations on improvements
  • Oversee marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest top practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and initiate enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and growth
  • Assist essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot, such as overseeing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing


What You’ll Do

  • Own Workflows:
    • Ensure all are performing efficiently and error-free
    • Update and test regularly to ensure maximum performance
    • Develop new workflows as needed
  • Develop Campaigns:
    • Work with internal teams to ideate and create various campaigns in HubSpot
    • Campaigns will include webinar messaging, automated workflows, lead nurture, lead magnet, and others
  • Testing:
    • Continually conduct A/B testing for campaigns, workflows, emails, and landing pages as needed to maximize return
  • Maintain Contact Database:
    • Ensure all contact lists are healthy, well-maintained and well-organized
    • Create processes to move contacts in and out of marketing/non-marketing lists
    • Ensure syncing with Salesforce is working properly
  • Reporting:
    • Create reports in HubSpot to monitor campaign performance
    • Use report findings to inform changes and decisions to maximize performance
  • Copywriting (Bonus):
    • Although we have a writer on the team, in many cases you’ll need to be a wordsmith with our emails
    • write compelling language in the iteach tone and voice to inspire our candidates

Qualifications

  • Mastery of HubSpot inbound tactics and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of copywriting for demand generation
  • Proven years of marketing automation experience
  • Deep knowledge of database management concepts and best practices
  • Knowledge of how to work well with internal teams, administration and external agencies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience working with internal design and content teams to collaborate on campaign implementation

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ Years’ Experience conducting intricate marketing campaigns, preferably in HubSpot
  • K-12 School Experience preferred
  • Impeccable writing and editorial qualifications, with an outstanding command of the English language
  • The knowledge of how to think like an educator, intuitively grasping what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it
  • Working knowledge of alternative teacher certification is a big plus
  • Needs to be continually learning the latest platforms, technology tools, marketing solutions and best practices
