Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will coordinate digital and traditional marketing campaigns in specific channels, support business objectives, conduct industry/market research, provide sales/business development support, manage communications, and advance brand-building efforts. As an integral part of our team, the Marketing Specialist will interface with several departments to support our brand awareness, sales enablement, excellence in customer service, and employee recognition and engagement efforts.
Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
Execute marketing plans and campaigns that promote brand awareness.
Coordinate all aspects of trade show planning, including booth design, logistics, staff scheduling, and budget management.
Write content for social media campaigns and corporate and client communications.
Manage internal communications via various channels, including email, intranet, and digital signage.
Manage social media presence, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and engagement.
Manage promotional material review process and maintain document control.
Manage library of sales enablement tools, ensuring all marketing materials are current and organized.
Interview and write employee spotlight features for website, social, and internal promotion.
Collect and compile various campaign analytics from multiple sources into regular metrics and report outs for the Marketing department and leadership to measure marketing effectiveness, develop benchmarks, and regularly analyze and report on strategies.
Conduct market research and manage a competition desk.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital marketing or similar
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
Ability to Drive for Results: Service, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Goal Attainment.
Customer Service Focus: Demonstrate a focus on listening to and understanding customer needs and then exceeding service and quality expectations.
Copywriting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
2-3 years marketing and communications experience.
