Overview:

The Process Management Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs across the organization. They collaborate across departments to streamline processes, oversee SAP operations, and lead EDI integration projects. Their focus includes improving overall process coverage, resolving EDI transmission errors, and integrating AI solutions to optimize workflows.


Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Work with multiple departments to sort out Hisense USA existing process
  • Collaborate across various departments, the Americas region, and HQ to refine and enhance processes through the strategic application of Hipros Process Management System.
  • Responsible for SAP basic operation and maintenance, collecting and evaluating function optimization requests, and submit requests to SAP consultant.
  • Oversee and drive Supply Chain IT system implementation initiatives.
  • Lead the EDI integration projects with trading partners, warehouse, and transportation partners.
  • Elevate the efficiency, accuracy, and productivity of EDI processes within the Supply Chain and warehouse environments. Timely resolve EDI transmission errors.
  • Drive forward the integration of AI solutions to support and optimize work functions.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Data Analysis, or related field
  • 2 or more years’ experience with SAP and Process Management
  • Bilingual with English & Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Technical expertise in SAP and EDI, Project management, Data analysis and Big Data skills
  • AI and Machine Learning knowledge
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate do teamwork
  • Process mapping and optimization skills
  • Security awareness for IT systems
