Responsibilities:
The individual will be responsible for listing electronic products on eBay, Craigslist, and other local online marketplaces. This includes creating listings, responding to customer inquiries, and managing inventory and shipping. They will also monitor sales performance to optimize strategies and increase customer satisfaction. Their goal is to enhance the visibility of our listings and profitability of our online sales.
Job Duties:
- Maintain a knowledge of current inventory.
- Identify opportunities to sell repurposed electronics.
- Manage Ecommerce sites.
- Manage wholesale sales of reuse electronics.
- Maintain inventory and shipping of sold goods.
- Maintain ERP/CRM of data entry, assets and orders.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales experience
- eCommerce experience preferred.
- High standards of customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Experience in using a CRM/ERP
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work in a warehouse environment.
