Job Summary
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products through thorough testing, inspection, and analysis. You will collaborate closely with production teams to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and maintain adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Audit current processes to improve efficiency
  • Hire, train, and mentor employees under your supervision
  • Perform tests, measurements, and evaluations of products to identify defects and assess quality levels.
  • Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions, as necessary
  • Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to achieve higher quality standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control measures, standards, and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control activities at various stages of production to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Specialist or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance desired
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
