Garment Printing Specialist with A Specialty in HVT, DTF, DTG, Embroidery

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced part-time Garment Printing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in DTF (Direct-to-Film), DTG (Direct-to-Garment), HVT (Heat Vinyl Transfer), Embroidery, and Dye Sublimation to elevate our product offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

1) Printing Operations:

  • Execute high-quality garment printing using various techniques such as DTF, DTG, HVT, Embroidery, and Dye Sublimation.
  • Ensure precise color matching, placement, and consistency across different printing and transfer methods.
  • Manage and maintain printing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.

2) Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on printed garments to meet established standards.
  • Implement and uphold quality control processes to minimize defects and maintain a high standard of product excellence.

3) Production Planning:

  • Collaborate with the production team to plan and schedule printing jobs efficiently.
  • Prioritize and manage workload to meet tight deadlines and production targets.

4) Innovation and Research:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in garment printing technologies.
  • Introduce innovative printing techniques to enhance product offerings and differentiate our merchandise.

5) Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the design team to understand creative requirements and translate them into print-ready files.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of printing processes into the overall production workflow.

6) Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of all printing jobs, including specifications, materials used, and quality control measures.
  • Provide regular reports on printing efficiency, quality metrics, and any relevant insights.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Garment Printing Specialist with expertise in DTF, DTG, HVT, Embroidery, and Dye Sublimation.
  • In-depth knowledge of various printing techniques and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
  • Ability to troubleshoot printing equipment and perform routine maintenance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
