Key Responsibilities:

  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed by doctors, following state regulations like the pro you are.
  • Monitor Resident Reactions: Keep a close eye on how residents respond to their medications and document any changes.
  • Assist with Daily Activities: Help residents with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Communication: Use your top-notch communication skills to engage with residents, families, and fellow healthcare professionals.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of the care and medication administration you provide.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive care for each resident.
  • Resident Safety: Always treat our residents with respect and ensure their safety and comfort.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification: Completed a state-approved Medication Aide training program and hold a QMA certification in Indiana.
  • Experience: Prior healthcare experience is preferred—plus, you're awesome at what you do.
  • Communication Skills: Stellar communication and people skills that can rival Oprah’s.
