Ontario Christian seeks an experienced and faithful Development Director to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and support its long-term academic goals. This position is directly responsible for the overall strategy, leadership and execution of all activities related to fundraising and donor/community relations. Reporting to the Superintendent, this role will ensure our faith-based mission, principles/beliefs are accurately communicated and upheld in all fundraising and community events.


Requirements for this role are as follows.


Experience

  • 2-5+ years working in a Development related role.
  • Experience working in a role that required effective communication of an organization's beliefs and values.
  • Prior experience working in a Christian school environment and/or a Protestant Christian church setting preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business administration or another related field.
  • Related education in the Christian faith.
