Class Action Capital is a boutique class action claims management firm in the global litigation finance industry specializing in the identification, research, data analysis and filing of complex class action claims for corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who has a client-first attitude and is familiar with liaising between external and internal teams. They will assist with all facets of client relations, from understanding and addressing client needs to upselling clients on new opportunities. The Client Relations Associate’s work is critical as it continues to help us build on our strong relationships with our client base. We are looking for someone who is an effective communicator, engaged team player, and curious learner to join and grow in our company
Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between client, account managers, and director
Document and communicate internally any client interactions
Conduct outreach with existing clients to educate them about various settlements and collect data
Utilize Salesforce effectively to manage and log client communications and data
Correspond with existing clients and a wide range of people over email and phone, using tact, courtesy, and discretion
Troubleshoot client issues
Deliver high-quality products in a timely manner to respective stakeholders
Support Client Relations team members with ad hoc projects
Schedule and organize meetings between internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with members of the Client Relations team to drive business operations
Requirements
1-3 years of relevant experience required
Experience in consultative and financial services preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
People savvy and confident speaking with high level clients/C-level executive
Excellent organization skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast-paced environment to ensure deliverables are executed in a timely, accurate, and thoughtful manner
Proficient in Excel and Salesforce
