Your Impactful Role: Product Specialist/Sales Consultant
As a Product Specialist/Sales Consultant at CMA's Volvo of Charlottesville, you will:
- Collaborate for Success: Work with a positive and supportive sales culture, collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Connect and Consult: Engage customers in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized guidance throughout the sales process.
- Stay Informed: Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry.
- Utilize Technology: Generate sales leads through innovative video marketing and social media posts.
- Build Relationships: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and thank them for choosing our dealership. Build rapport and foster loyalty by staying in touch and being a reliable resource for all their automotive needs.
