As an Executive Director, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will lead your facility to provide the highest quality of care to our patients by adhering to the guidelines, budget, and protocols of Pinnacle Treatment Centers. You will also directly influence the community reach of the services provided by your facility.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a human services field with 5 years’ management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field with 10 years’ management experience
- Ability to organize organization’s services with other community resources.
- Experience administering and providing services to individuals, families, and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce all company policies and procedures, including patient and employee rights according to agency, state, federal and accreditation standards.
- Ensure that all staff are assigned duties based upon education, experience and competency and job description.
- Strong marketing and community outreach skills to develop a referral base.
- Provide consent and personal documentation as required for background checks and child abuse registry as required by state and federal standards.
- Ability to grow an existing medication assisted treatment program.
- Plan for and administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the organization.
- Participate in the Performance Improvement Plan for client care, staff retention, and staff performance.
- Maintain a system for review and verification of credentials of staff prior to hire and as needed.
