Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team at Walmart. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, improve market share, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Lead Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Manage Team Performance: Coach, develop, and motivate store associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Implement Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient store operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and Execute Business Plans: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop and execute business plans that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, including financial accountability and supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 per year.
  • Performance-Based Bonus: Eligible for annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
