Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAllegiance Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with a great attitude and an amazing work ethic for a Direct Hire position with a regional equipment provider servicing law enforcement, military and first responders. This role will focus on assisting the outside sales representative (OSR) ensuring that the OSR has all the information to best serve the client’s needs. The Customer Service Representative will also gather needed information required to complete sales, maintain client satisfaction and, order and billing accuracy. Role Responsibilities
  • Support Outside Sales Representatives by processing quotes, completing sales orders, following up with customers to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Process/enter quotes and sales orders into BC, which are emailed, mailed, or faxed
  • Turn quotes into sales orders, check inventory, and cost codes then take to the warehouse or to purchasing to process/order
  • Gather a detailed list from agencies or Industrial Operating Partners wanting to trade-in weapons, accessories, or other equipment, request trade pricing from appropriate point of contact, and enter quotes accurately
  • Process individual officer buybacks and or/checks in lieu including collecting proper paperwork, documentation, and payment.
  • Handle walk-in departments or individuals, collect proper paperwork required for the sales team
  • Verify the status of existing orders for both operating partners and agencies
  • Send finalized invoicing
  • Process returns
  • Promote specials and upsell
  • Meet performance goals and objectives
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.
