Job Description: Floor Lead

 

Position: Floor Lead
Shift: 7 am - 3 pm (8 hours)
Rate: $30.00/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the floor.
  • Manage and coordinate staff schedules and duties.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with training new staff members.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Perform additional duties such as food prep and other tasks outside of lead responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
