Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator Administrator

Contract to Hire

Fully on-site in Dallas, TX 75208 but in September will be relocating to Carrollton, TX

$19hr - $23hr

Addison Group has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator Administrator in Dallas, TX.

Job Duties:

· Scheduling: Will assist in scheduling the crews in the company CRM, rescheduling items that are not yet completed, communicating with crews and customers, as well as the team.

· Data Entry: They also track progress of all their jobs in a CRM and this person will assist with this by entering job photos and job details.

· Filing & Organization: This includes electronic folders as well as hard copies of necessary information.

· Accounting: This will primarily be assisting with data entry of invoices. Past accounting experience is not necessary however, attention to detail is a must.

· Special Projects as needed

· Assist in scheduling and managing office calendar


Must have:

1. 3+ years of administrative assistant experience

2. Bilingual in English and Spanish

3. MS Office Suite, Excel and Data Entry
