POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Inside Sales Representative at Freedom Motors USA, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing customer inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
You'll be compensated and rewarded for supporting and being an important part of the sales process.
Our sales process starts with you, speaking with national inquiries from all of our marketing channels (social media, advertisements, direct conversations with call-ins or past customers, etc.). You'll contact these inquiries and convert them into qualified leads for consulting with our clients, guiding the client through selection and purchase of their new or used Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle.
Seasoned sales consultants and those early in their sales career are encouraged to apply We plan on filling this role with a candidate capable of or willing to learn to manage the sales process, delivering the vehicle to the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Continue and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and timeline
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to move them through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Verify and update existing customer information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Document call information according to standard operating procedures
- Route calls as appropriate and per standard operating procedure
- Complete daily tasks by the end of each business day
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metric goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- A proactive and results-driven mindset
- Exceptional Written and Interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions and information
- Bilingual is highly preferred
