Job Description

Interplan is a commercial architectural and engineering firm with over 50 years of experience specializing in restaurant and retail design for large nationwide clients. With offices in Orlando and Chicago, our Orlando office is expanding, and we are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team

Responsibilities

  • Oversee external branding (create and edit copy for marketing channels, create print and digital marketing materials)
  • Internally responsible for capturing photos, candid moments, and special guests, to be used for recruitment, showcase culture, and showcase special events/moments for future power points and or for various memories (i.e., IOA 5K, volunteer, huddles, appreciation days, holiday events, etc.)
  • Assist in planning and organizing trade show events (including booth design, registration, social media announcement postings, trinkets, and PowerPoint presentations)
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, and database management
  • Partner with Human Resources to support recruitment efforts using social media and supporting career fairs or speaking engagements
  • Assist in responding to RFQs & RFPs as needed for supporting documents and qualification packages (i.e., resumes, references, portfolio pages, etc.)
  • Assist with special project initiatives such as project photography, videography, client testimonials, etc
  • Administer website updates (portfolio pages, client stories, testimonials, blogs)
  • Assist with developing and managing content for white papers, social media, etc.
  • Aid with in-office presentations and hosting potential/existing clients
  • Assist and manage external storefront along with items in store
  • Assist with creating resumes, organizational charts, portfolio pages, and electronic brochures
  • Manage, coordinate and assist with marketing campaigns


Qualifications & Prior Experience

  • Must have 2 years of prior Marketing experience
  • Architecture & Engineering design background is a plus but not required
  • Must have strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • The candidate should have excellent writing, proofreading, communication, and presentation skills
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social media, print, digital, and email marketing
  • Experience using Hubspot CRM or similar, WordPress, Adobe InDesign, Mailchimp or similar, and Canva or similar
  • Photography/Videography experience required
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of how to use Google, Facebook, and Linked In for metrics to review and use for analytics
  • Must have a current valid Driver’s License
