Part of your responsibilities as an Event Sales Representative will include:
- Interact directly with customers in various locations, such as busy shopping areas, malls, stores, and venues, to promote brand loyalty and awareness.
- Display and demonstrate the brand's products, as well as offer promotions and sales, to increase customer engagement.
- Embody the brand's values and mission when engaging with customers, and provide them with comprehensive product knowledge and demonstrations to educate them on features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Foster positive relationships with customers by acting as a brand ambassador and delivering exceptional customer service and personalized interactions.
- Make customers' experiences memorable through engaging conversations, demonstrations, and interactive activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, as well as upselling and cross-selling.
- Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
- Gather valuable feedback and insights from customers to inform marketing strategies, product development, and overall brand positioning.
Required skills/Qualification:
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints on time
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or a related field would be a plus
This role is for a direct brand representative and promotions in a full-time, face-to-face capacity in the New York area. The role does not involve telesales or call center work.
