Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Be a friendly and professional voice for our agency, handling inbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Proactively reach out to customers in order to provide service, information and reminders.
- Assist customers with a variety of needs, including policy questions, payments, changes to coverage and rewriting property policies when required.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of all products and services, explaining them clearly and concisely to customers.
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Process routine policy changes and requests efficiently and accurately.
- Manage a task list - providing excellent follow-up to clients and prospective clients.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, building trust and rapport with each interaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Provide Insurance Reviews to existing customers - quoting and rewriting home insurance as required.
Requirements
You're a great fit for our team if you have:
- Current Florida P&C Insurance License. A 4-40, 20-44 or 2-20 is required to onboard.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain complex information clearly.
- A strong customer service focus, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to find solutions for customer concerns.
- Proficiency in using computers and learning new software programs.
- A positive and professional attitude with a team-oriented spirit.
- Allstate experience is strongly preferred - prior experience is required.
