Position Title: Private Aviation Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Private Aviation Sales Specialist to join our Private Charter division.


This role will own and manage sourcing, quoting, booking, and client experience for their clients booking Private Charter services (jets and choppers), ensuring excellent customer feedback and being a trusted partner to the business.

Position Mission: The Private Aviation Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by leveraging their existing client base and cultivating new relationships within the luxury travel market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in private aviation sales, a deep understanding of the luxury travel sector, and the ability to bring over a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.

 

This role reports to our COO + Private Aviation Lead.


Responsibilities:


Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through proactive client engagement and strategic selling.
  • Offer additional travel services to your clients, such as Resorts, Villas, Yachts, excursions, ground transportation, VIP services, Business, and First-Class commercial tickets.


Client Acquisition and Retention:

  • Leverage your network and client portfolio to bring over high-net-worth clients to book private charter travel.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients seeking luxury private aviation services.
  • Provide exceptional service, anticipate needs, and offer personalized travel solutions to maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver quotes and itineraries promptly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.


Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with pilots, vendors, and other brokers to ensure seamless execution of client travel plans.
  • Partner with our operations team for flight following and logistical coordination with relevant authorities (operators, customs, FBOs, etc.).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of consecutive sales production in private aviation sales, with a proven track record of building and retaining a book of business.
  • Previous experience with Part 135 operations.
  • Existing portfolio of high-net-worth clients within the luxury travel sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong sense of self-confidence with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of Avinode and Flyeasy platforms (preferred).

Compensation: We are open to negotiating the base salary and commission structure based on your current portfolio and revenue per quarter/year. Compensation will be based on the sales from clients you book, attract, and retain.
