Job Description: As a Host/Hostess at Global Partners, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role will involve greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements. Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception:
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Assist with checking in clients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide information about the company, services, and facilities as needed.
Reservation Management:
- Manage and coordinate reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Communicate with clients and visitors to confirm appointments and answer any questions.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and manage waiting lists during peak times.
Customer Service:
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.
- Assist with coordinating events and meetings, including preparing materials and setting up rooms.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or related fields are a plus.
