Job Summary
We need a Jack/Jill of all traits We are seeking a very fast-paced, self-driven, motivated, and problem-solving Tech Department and Administrative Assistant to work with the CEO and the CFO of the company. Our main company is a residential group home for Kids, plus we have many side projects, such as, Amazon selling products, Youtube Channels, Podcasts, etc.

For the main company:
In this role, you will provide support to our office employees when needed, create documents, using tools like AI (Chat GPT4o), etc. Your responsibilities will include Contacting state officials, performing routine audits at 9 different facilities, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, graphic designing or building websites from Squarespace or wix, and creating a better workflow with our current forms using docusign or Adobe Acrobat.

Other Projects include:
Must know TikTok Store, YouTube, Instagram, AI generators (ChatGPT, Midjourney, AIairworks, Discord, etc., Advanced Social Media skills, and ability to work on side projects without losing focus on the main company. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor, very familiar with today's social media platforms, creative-minded, great with people, but knows how to demand respect and be in charge on behalf of the CEO's absence. I will hold your hand for 1 month and then I need you to be self-sufficient and work like a second ME. I'm looking for an entrepreneurial mind with the ambition to grow and create adventures from scratch.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required,
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Adobe, AI, ChatGPT, Social Media, Squarespace, Wix, Google,
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
MAJOR PLUS: Video Editing Skills, Photography, and AI Graphic Design.
