We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fuels / HVAC Division Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our oil company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maximizing profitability, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and in-depth knowledge of the oil industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily operations.
    • Ensure efficient and safe operations, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
    • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
    • Analyze financial reports and KPI performance data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Drive profitability through strategic planning and efficient resource allocation.
  • Staff Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, including drivers, technicians, and administrative staff.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and implement staff development programs.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement long-term strategies for company growth and sustainability.
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets.
    • Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve company goals.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Promote a culture of safety, ensuring all employees adhere to safety protocols.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
    • Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on company performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven track record of successful operational and financial management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
    • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an office setting as well as on-site at production facilities.
