Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading FM Services company to hire a Superintendent (Facilities) in Rye, NY

Your new role

The job duties of the Superintendent (Facilities) will include the following:

- Oversight of a 250K sq. ft. commercial building in Rye, NY

- Manage MEP and Building (BMS) systems, preventive maintenance schedules

- Responsible for budgets (OPEC and CAPEX)

- Delegate responsibilities to the Engineering team and staff

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Experience supporting large Class A commercial assets as a Superintendent, Chief or Assistant Chief Engineer

- Strong MEP background, (HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing)

- Computer literate, budgets, dealing with tenants

- Prior management of staff highly preferred

What you'll get in return

Hourly rate between $42-45, plus benefits suite
