Houses of Hope is hiring for a full-time Case Manager at Touchstone (Short-Term Residential Treatment). This position serves as a support for clients receiving short term residential treatment. The Case Manager will assist the clients in identifying goals, building treatment plans, coordinating access to community resources, providing transportation to and from appointments, and ensuring continuity of care post-discharge.

A qualified candidate will hold a valid Nebraska driver's license, employment is subject to DMV record approval, and must be a minimum age 21. Must be willing to use personal vehicle to transport clients. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or related human services field (preferred), or 2 yrs. direct care experience or training in human service field. Possess skills needed to work with broad range of individuals (gender, race/ethnicity, substance abuse and mental health patients, family members, other professionals). Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have good organizational skills and be available to participate in an on-call rotation. Knowledge of human service/social service network preferable.

CPR/First Aide required and will provide training at no cost.
