Houses of Hope is hiring for a full-time Case Manager at Targeted Adult Service Coordination (TASC). This position provides client-centered services for high utilizers of behavioral health services. This position promotes independent and community living skills to help individuals with serious mental illness, including those with co-occuring disorders.

A qualified candidate will hold a valid Nebraska driver’s license, employment is subject to DMV record approval, and must be a minimum age, 21. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Knowledge of substance use, mental health conditions and 12-step recovery required. Must have knowledge of community resources needed by clients in the program. Must exhibit good verbal and written communication skills required for documentation in clinical records. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Must be willing to use personal vehicle to transport clients.

CPR/First Aide required and will provide training at no cost.
