Key Responsibilities:


  • Champion HR initiatives across compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Administer policies, training, and surveys to uphold compliance and support organizational strategy
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to managers on personnel matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with leadership to analyze trends, strategize talent acquisition and retention
  • Oversee leave management, safety protocols, and community outreach programs

RequirementsQualifications:
  • Unwavering commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism

  • Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving
  • Adaptability to handle diverse tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of Human Resource experience or a master’s degree in human resource management and two years in the Human Resource field, or any similar combination of education and experience. SHRM or PHR certification is preferred.
