Position: Group Benefits Sales Producer

Responsibilities:

This very passionate, energetic and driven insurance sales professional (producer) will use their insurance sales skills to drive new employee benefits insurance premiums/revenues. Successfully develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies with clients and prospects, manage overall client relationship; Drive consistent and predictable profitability, client satisfaction and organic growth.

Requirements:

5+ years of B2B sales, cold calling and COI Networking. Complex sales, technology sales, benefit sales, payroll, PEO. Must be outside sales where they generate own leads. Out of the box thinkers. A sales person with a background in a highly competitive sales environment where they need to know their product or service and the competition just as much as their own.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Life and health license

- Employee Benefits experience with carriers such as Mutual of Omaha, Mutual, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United... etc.

- Pass a background check
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Good operational computing/typing skills (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
- Confidence as a self-starter who works well independently
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task
