About you:

With each new marketing challenge, you’re looking for the next big idea that will get shoppers engaged at every point along the way. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects using your organizational skills to keep you on track. You’re comfortable pitching rough sketches and collaborating with your team to solve creative challenges. You will employ your exceptional skills in design composition, user-interface, and typography to create and refine impactful, amazing designs. You enjoy the challenge and are proud of every project you produce


What you’ll do:

  • Create concepts for retail marketing efforts and special promotions
  • Working with Art Director to ensure photography execution is consistent with client brand
  • Completing client approval process
  • Collaborate with other department managers to meet production schedule
  • Develop strong client relationships, be a client advocate to internal teams

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of design OR 3-years’ experience
  • Resilient to fast-paced environments where tight deadlines are the norm
  • Proven success with time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
