  1. Contacts qualifying clients to inform of program enrollment, and process to determine eligibility and next steps.
  2. Verify that all required documentation is available and correct.
  3. Prepare relevant paperwork to ensure qualifying clients receive emergency financial assistance.
  4. Verify the accuracy of receipts, invoices, and other documents for check requests.
  5. Track expenses for clients in appropriate spreadsheets and databases.
List Qualification or Requirements:
  1. High School diploma required.
  2. One year of experience in a social service, administrative, or similar setting.
  3. Valid Texas Driver’s License.
  4. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and navigating the internet.
