Job Title: Eligibility Specialist FASC

At Equus Workforce Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Eligibility Specialist FASC to join our team. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of support services documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret contract and application language to verify support services
  • Provide assistance to providers and internal staff to comply with policies, regulations, and financial requirements
  • Review support documentation to ensure its completeness and accuracy prior to payment
  • Maintain tracking systems to monitor supportive services distributed
  • Maintain current on policy changes and modifications affecting support services
  • Create and submit monthly reporting
  • Work closely with leadership team to ensure on-track spending down supportive service funds
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in ensuring compliance and administering policies and procedures
  • Serve on work groups and manage special projects and assignments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience
  • One to three years in workforce development
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills, including a positive attitude and good listening skills
  • Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needs
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to work in many different programs/platforms
  • Be reliable and a team-player
