ASP Americas Swimming Pool Company is Americas premier swimming pool service company. We have been operating for over 15 years with an outstanding reputation. To do this we have built a team of dedicated, enthusiastic technicians who enjoy delivering resort-quality service and treating our customers with the utmost respect.

We guarantee satisfaction with our services and do not require long-term contracts. We are fully licensed and insured and our team members are among the best in the swimming pool service industry.
Responsibilities:
Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:
- Communicating with clients & internal team members and providing estimates in a timely manner.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management weekly.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and sales strategies.
- Perform quarterly and end of year reviews for the service technicians along with the Director of Operations.

Requirements:
Requirements for this position are that you have:
- (1) At least 1 year of office management and/or sales experience; swimming pool industry-related experiences preferred but not required; and
- (2) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Bonus Potential:
This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
