Requirements:

Sales Management:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored pool solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Project Management:


  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design and planning to execution and completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:
Requirements for this position are that you have:
  • (1) At least 1 year of office management and/or sales experience; swimming pool industry-related experiences preferred but not required; and
  • (2) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Bonus Potential:
This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
