Bucked Up is looking for an E-commerce Marketing Assistant to enhance our online presence and support our e-commerce initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with the E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive traffic, enhance customer engagement, and increase conversions across multiple sales channels, including wholesale and retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical prowess, creative copywriting skills, and a keen understanding of digital marketing dynamics.


Responsibilities:


  • E-Commerce Marketing Tasks: Under the direction of the E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator, manage and update product listings and other website elements using our proprietary website engine.

  • Website Optimization: Experiment with website variables to enhance user experience and increase website conversion rates.

  • Keyword Research: Perform keyword research to optimize product listings and blog posts, aiming to boost organic traffic and conversions.

  • Copywriting and Editing: Coordinate with our Copy team to create compelling and informative copy with targeted keywords. Edit existing content to improve clarity, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.

  • Retail and Wholesale Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with internal marketing teams to implement cohesive marketing strategies. Coordinate the creation of new marketing assets tailored for retail and wholesale channels.

  • Data Analysis Support: Assist the analytics team in compiling data and troubleshooting reporting errors to ensure accuracy and insightful data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborative Projects: Work alongside the E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator and development team to integrate broader marketing initiatives and new features into our e-commerce platform.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce marketing or a related field is helpful.

  • Fundamental understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies a plus.

  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets experience a must

  • Demonstrated ability to assist with data compilation and problem-solving in analytics
