Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant to support a leading financial institution in its digital transformation journey. The consultant will focus on overseeing the modernization of HR systems, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in project management, digital transformation, and HR technology within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end project activities, including scope definition, timeline development, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to ensure alignment of project objectives with business needs.
  • Digital Transformation: Provide expertise in digital transformation, specifically within HR systems, to drive improvements in processes, workflows, and user experience.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new HR systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the transformation project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project performance against key metrics, ensuring the project stays on track, within scope, and on budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation projects within the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR systems implementation or modernization, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
