POSITION SUMMARY

Use the work-in-progress tracking system to prioritize, track and see the full completion and shipment of jobs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE

  • Actively communicate to Leads on the production floor jobs that must be completed throughout the workday and week.
  • Prepare and distribute daily production shipment schedules.
  • Track orders that need to go out for shipments that day.
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Will work in a clean room and “Super Clean room” environment.
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • AS/BS College Degree and education applicable to Business Administration or related field a plus.

Experience:

  • Two years’ experience in a Semiconductor/Supply Chain, Business Logistics, or related preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Effectively communicate with internal customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, delays or unexpected events.
  • Ability to remain flexible, dependent on the needs of the customer, in order to meet deadlines.
