Title: Product Support Representative (PSR) Department: Field Services

Report To: Manager of Product Coordination Time: 1st Shift
Location: Royston, GA

Position Summary (major areas of contribution):

Royston LLC currently has an immediate opening for a Product Support Representative. This is an in office Non-exempt position. The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager of Project Coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly work environment with a team that is dedicated and passionate about the organization.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

Communications

• Interact with Clients, Architects, Royston Management Team and other internal departments as required

o Generating and responding to emails

o Conducting, Interaction and participation in conference calls and meeting

o Professional phone etiquette

o Sense of Urgency in responsiveness

o Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Power Point

Building Projects

• Read & Interpret CAD Drawing

• Verify Equipment List against Drawing and Scope of Work

• Accounting basic principles

• Assist Project Coordinator with updating Purchase Requisition Analysis

• Verify Scope of Work against drawing and Equipment Summary

• Assist Project Coordinator in verifying GC bid sheets against the drawing and scope of work

Purchase Order

• Generate Purchase Order Request

• Secure approval signatures

• Use AS400 program to generate Purchase Orders

• Proper File Management

Equipment Ordering

• Provide equipment requirements to all supply vendors to include Royston Customer Service

• Track all equipment shipments to ensure delivery schedules

• Notify all Equipment Vendors and Royston of any delivery changes

• Support the onsite installation teams in securing any additional or missing/damaged equipment

Pre -Construction Packages

• Assist in building packages consisting of; (Drawings, Equipment lists and Scopes of Work) to the Construction Manager, Owner / Client, General Contractor

• Revise Packages based on Pre-Con walks and send out install packages and other related construction documents per Project Coordinators direction

Punch Reports

• Secure missing equipment per the Verification Report

• Update the Punch Completion Photos on the Punch Reports

• Provide daily/weekly updates to the master punch report and distribute as directed

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

Including Formal Training (courses, degrees, and credentials required):

• Proficiency in MS Office products

• Communication Skills – professional etiquette in spoken and written word.

• Ability to work within a team environment

• Ability to work within deadlines

Experience (type and amount of experience required):

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to read CAD drawings

• AS400 experience
