Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere? Sears Imported Autos is seeking a Lane Greeter to join our service team. As a Lane Greeter, you'll be the friendly face welcoming customers into our service lane and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Warmly greet customers as they enter the service lane, answering inquiries, and guiding them to the appropriate service personnel.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds, noting any existing damage and recording essential vehicle information.
  • Manage traffic flow and parking within the service lane efficiently.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the service lane area.

  • Support customers with loaner vehicles as needed.
