Overview:

Imagine a workplace where every day is a celebration of fun and entertainment. As a Greeter/Counter Desk Associate with AMF, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Manage the waitlist and track availability to ensure seamless lane assignments.
  • Prepare for leagues and events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Ring sales at the counter and maintain accurate cash control procedures.
  • Notify mechanics of any equipment malfunctions and log issues promptly.
  • Assist guests with basic bowling instruction and operate our POS system, central panel, and P/A system.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (optional).
  • Proven success in school or previous job experience.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
