We partnered with an electricity company and gas supplier, so we can deliver renewable energy solutions that won’t impact your bill or your roof. 

The Account Representative represents the leading distributor of electricity and natural gas and is responsible for educating homeowners on available electricity and renewable energy options. As the Account Representative, you will deliver engaging presentations and facilitate the enrollment process for all new customers. 

Account Representative Key Responsibilities:

  • Speak directly with customers on behalf of the community solar farm
  • Memorize client information to communicate the benefits of the community solar farm 
  • Build rapport with potential customers to secure referral opportunities
  • Attend all group meetings to learn best practices for speaking about clients
  • Ability to troubleshoot concerns and answers questions to satisfy customers
  • Assist with tracking brand exposure and sales data to communicate results
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management, customers, and clients
  • Passion for working hands-on with the event process from beginning to end
  • Enjoy activate engaging team members to generate the best results

Qualifications for the Account Representative:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the energy sector or a related field.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes, technologies, and customer needs.
  • Passion for renewable energy and commitment to promoting sustainable practices.
