Position Overview:

Re-Bath is looking to hire a part-time Lead Generator. As a Lead Generator, you will be accountable for generating quality leads from within our national accounts. There is no selling, it is only lead generation. Due to our fast growth, we are looking to add to our team.

Re-Bath is the exclusive bathroom remodeler for the TWO largest home improvement retailers in the USA. We are experiencing double digit growth and are looking to add quality people to our team. Industry experts predict bathroom remodeling will remain a high priority remodeling project for this year and beyond.

  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel within a 50-mile radius.
  • Must be available on weekends.

Position Responsibilities

  • Energetic and engaging

  • Availability to work Friday - Sunday

Uniform 

  • Business casual to professional attire in Re-Bath colors (red, black, white, gray, & navy blue)
  • Comfortable shoes- preferably solid color
  • Khaki pants, dress slacks, or skirt/dress (No Jeans)
  • Polo-style, dress shirt, or blouse (including jacket, sweater, cardigan)

Lead Generator Accountabilities  – This position is relied upon to deliver the following:

  • Lead Generation/Appointments - Done Right (First Time/On Time)
    • GENERATE QUALITY LEADS: Lead generation mastery using scripts, talking points, and techniques. Meet lead goals set by Lead Generation Manager
    • Set up a table, booth, display, and sample materials in-store or at an event. - materials provided
    • Regularly train and roleplay associates and employees
    • Provide basic product and service information to prospective customers.
    • Work with Home Depot and Lowe’s associates to assist them in fully understanding the tremendous benefits of our partnership through training, Product Knowledge (PK) sessions, Specialty Spotlights, etc.
  • Achieve department & personal rocks & goals
    • Generate and schedule quality leads that turn into set appointments for our Design Consultants
  • Paperwork, Communication, and necessary Documentation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Goal-oriented and performance-based mentality is a plus.
  • Energetic and engaging/Extremely outgoing, professional and people-loving
  • Reliable and flexible.
  • Ability to build rapport with managers and associates.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to manage time efficiently.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Work Location - In Person 

  • Lowe’s and Home Depot stores, home shows and other events
  • Must have reliable transportation
